Preparation of ZnO-GO nanocomposites and their properties

چکیده

ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method. The modified Hummer process was then used to prepare go. ZnO-GO com posites mixed produce different ratios of ZnO-GO, characteris ed and their photocatalytic properties investigated using rhodamine B as the target degradation species. results showed that r ates 41.96% 84.42% for nano-ZnO 7% composites, respectively, when illuminated with xenon light 36 0 min. improved activity composite materials is prim arily due introduction appropriate amount GO, which could ra pidly capture transfer photogenerated electrons, load more prevent agglomeration particles, increasing s pecific surface area its activation point, well th e adsorption pollutants on improving photocatal ytic efficiency.
